Hillingdon Borough
We run classes in Uxbridge, Hillingdon, Ruislip, Eastcote, Hayes and Northwood Hills. There are two ways to join — choose the one that applies to you.
Our Class Types
A quick look at what each class involves, so you can choose the right starting point.
Our evidence-based falls-prevention class, following the recognised Otago framework (Robertson et al., BMJ 2001). It builds strength for everyday tasks, balance to reduce your risk of falling, and confidence — at a gentle to moderate pace, with chair options and clear safety cues throughout. It’s an ideal starting point if you feel unsteady, are returning after illness or injury, or have been referred by a GP, physiotherapist or social prescriber.
A feel-good, low-impact dance-fitness class built around simple Latin-inspired moves and uplifting music. It improves balance, mobility and cardiovascular fitness through steady, easy-to-follow choreography, while building coordination and confidence in everyday movement. No dance experience needed — just a willingness to move, smile and feel proud of what your body can do.
A gentle, flowing class blending slow, mindful movements with relaxed breathing to improve balance, posture and mobility. Smooth, continuous sequences help strengthen the steady, controlled movement patterns that support fall prevention, while easing stiff joints and building calm, confident movement. Ideal for anyone wanting to feel steadier, calmer and more in control of their body.
