Not at all. Our sessions are specifically designed for adults 50+ of all fitness levels u2014 including complete beginners. We offer easier and harder options for every exercise so you always work at the right level for you.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and supportive flat shoes or trainers. Bring a water bottle and any medication you may need. If you use a walking aid, bring it along u2014 we can incorporate it into your session.
We always recommend checking with your GP if you have a new or complex health condition. Our instructors are experienced in working with people who have arthritis, osteoporosis, previous falls, post-surgery recovery and many other conditions. We adapt every exercise to suit you.
