Booking a class is simple! Just head to our online schedule, pick your desired class, and follow the steps to make your booking. If you have any issues, feel free to reach out to us!

We offer a variety of classes, including Strength & Balance, Stretch & Tone, Zumba Gold, and our Forever Fit program. Each class is designed to enhance your fitness while being fun and engaging.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Yes! We offer a trial class option so you can experience our classes before committing. Just select the trial option when booking your class.

We recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated, comfortable workout clothing, and a yoga mat if you’re attending a mat-based class. Just show up ready to have fun!
